If there is one thing I know about Making Money in Real Estate, it is the art of finding properties at BIG Discounts! Believe me, when you know how to find Deeply Discounted Houses, it can change your life, overnight!

One of the things that I struggled with when I first got started was how to find deals that I could make money on. I had investors all around me that were making Huge Profits on quick flips, and I could never figure out how they would able to get to those deals! Conventional wisdom would tell you to just call a real estate agent and have them send you some MLS listings that you could make low ball offers on. In most cases, the commission that real estate agents make on a HUD sale is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than a typical MLS sale. Let me ask you a question … If a real estate agent could show you a property where they would make $4,000 in commission, or a HUD Foreclosure where they may only make $500 …. which property are they more likely to show you?
