One of the things that I struggled with when I first got started was how to find deals that I could make money on. I had investors all around me that were making Huge Profits on quick flips, and I could never figure out how they would able to get to those deals! Conventional wisdom would tell you to just call a real estate agent and have them send you some MLS listings that you could make low ball offers on. Although that is possible to do, however that strategy has a very low conversion rate. Why? Because every real estate investor and their brother is using that same approach.
