If there is one thing I know about Making Money in Real Estate, it is the art of finding properties at BIG Discounts! Believe me, when you know how to find houses with Five Figure Equity spreads or BIGGER, it can change your life, overnight!

One of the things that I struggled with when I first got started was how to find deals that I could make money on.  I had investors all around me that were making Huge Profits on quick flips, and I could never figure out how they would able to get to those deals! Most real estate agents aren’t HUD Registered Agents, so they dont know how to make offers on them for their clients. In most cases, the commission that real estate agents make on a HUD sale is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than a typical MLS sale. Let me ask you a question … If a real estate agent could show you a property where they would make $4,000 in commission , or a HUD Foreclosure where they would only make $500-$1000 …. which property are they more likely to show you?
