I had always dreamed about become a real estate investor, but I didn’t know how to get started. So my I made a deal with my Mentor and I never looked back!

That’s a fair question. I’ll be straight and transparent to let you know that my intentions are largely self serving.

1. You can do it yourself.

You can go out and try to create the steps of the formula on your own. How do you find deals? What exit strategies should you use to close them? How do you find real cash buyers? How do you find private money partners? How to structure no money down deals, etc.

You can try to implement a marketing strategy that maybe you have found online or read on a blog. You can cross your fingers that you are marketing to the right target market and that you are using the right postcard, business letter or yellow letter piece.
